By submitting material to Copperstreet Records, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and own or control the rights necessary to submit the music, recordings, artwork, photographs, videos, biography, and other materials provided. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must submit on your behalf.

Submission does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, partnership, management, agency, recording, promotional, or other business relationship between you and Copperstreet Records or Howard Endeavors, LLC.

You understand that Copperstreet Records may already be developing, reviewing, or receiving music, concepts, titles, themes, productions, performances, or creative materials that are similar to your submission. You agree that similarities alone will not establish that Copperstreet Records copied or used your material.

You authorize Copperstreet Records and Howard Endeavors, LLC to access, internally review, and share your submitted materials with their authorized personnel, advisors, contractors, and potential business partners solely for evaluation and related business consideration.

Submission does not guarantee that your materials will be reviewed, that you will receive a response, or that you will be offered representation, promotion, recording services, distribution, or any other opportunity. Copperstreet Records has no obligation to return, preserve, or provide feedback concerning submitted materials.

Copperstreet Records will not acquire ownership of your music merely because it was submitted. Any use, release, promotion, distribution, or commercial exploitation of your material would require a separate written agreement signed by the appropriate parties.
